Under TorQuest's ownership, 4Refuel welcomed John Gleason as the new CEO with founder Jack Lee becoming Executive Chairman as part of his personal retirement plan. Working with TorQuest, Gleason and his team grew sales and earnings dramatically. TorQuest and its coinvestors sold their interest in the company to Kelso & Company in October 2013.
