At the time of TorQuest's investment in June 2004, CNC Global was Canada's leading provider of full-service IT staffing and in the process of broadening the company's product offering, including a new technology platform whose scalability and cost effectiveness were unrivalled in the industry. During TorQuest's time of ownership, CNC's extraordinary management team improved profitability substantially and increased annual revenues through organic growth and the acquisition of a complementary staffing business. In May 2006, TorQuest sold CNC Global to the North American division of Vedior NV, one of the world's largest staffing companies based in The Netherlands.
