Toronto, Ontario – FirstOnSite Restoration L.P. announced today that it has acquired Spring Fresh Cleaning & Restoration Canada Inc. of Grande Prairie, Alberta and Airkem Damage Restoration Services of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario.

The acquisitions are part of FirstOnSite's strategy of building Canada's leading national provider of disaster restoration services. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.

Since early 2007, FirstOnSite has acquired operations in Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia. "Spring Fresh gives us our first foothold in Alberta and Airkem Sault Ste. Marie expands our presence in Northern Ontario. This expansion further demonstrates our focus of creating a nationwide disaster restoration service business."
