Carolyn Beniuk joined TorQuest in 2023 as Director of Portfolio Management, Technology. In this role, she leads Technology initiatives, partnering with management teams and bringing her network to support strategy and execution.

Carolyn is a technology strategist, bringing deep experience from her roles as an advisor and an operator in technology across a variety of industries. Recently, she served as Chief of Staff and Head of Strategic Programs at an AI/ML scale-up, working with management and the board on strategy and operations. Previously she led internal transformation for PwC’s consulting business in Canada, and worked in management / strategy consulting at PwC / Strategy& with a focus on technology-enabled strategy. Carolyn works with leaders on strategy, tech enablement, growth platforms, M&A, IT operating models and digital transformation. 

She holds an MPhil (Engineering Design) from the University of Cambridge and a BASc (Mechanical Engineering) from Queen’s University.
