Jonathan U joined TorQuest in 2025. Prior to TorQuest, he worked at KPMG LLP in the M&A Tax and Wealth and Asset Management Tax groups, where he advised on compliance matters and supported a range of transactions through tax due diligence, modeling, and structuring.

Jonathan is a CPA and a graduate of the In-Depth Tax Program. He holds a Professional Master’s Diploma in Accounting and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Toronto Metropolitan University.
