Vince joined TorQuest in 2025. Prior to joining TorQuest, he worked as a private equity attorney at Sidley Austin LLP in New York where he was involved in several M&A and financing transactions.

Vince holds a J.D./M.B.A. from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law and Rotman School of Management, where he graduated as the Silver Medalist, and a B.Comm. from Rotman Commerce at the University of Toronto.
