Array is a leading provider of visual merchandising systems and point-of-purchase displays to high-end cosmetic brands and retailers. TorQuest purchased a majority interest in 2012, attracted by the company's leading position in North America, proven management team, and potential for growth and improved earnings. We supported the Array team as it invested in people, infrastructure and processes to enhance operations, expand international capabilities and improve customer service levels. In December 2015, TorQuest and its co-investors sold their interest in the company to The Carlyle Group.
