Florian joined TorQuest in 2024. Prior to joining TorQuest, he held Investment Banking roles at RBC Capital Market’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Diversified Coverage Groups in Toronto and Montréal. Earlier in his career, Florian worked in Investment Banking at UBS in Hong Kong, where he was involved in several U.S. SPAC transactions and high-profile Asian IPOs.

Florian holds a Bachelor of Commerce (with Distinction) from McGill University.
