Michelle Lettner joined TorQuest in 2025 as Operating Principal, Human Capital. In this role, she leads all Human Capital initiatives, partnering with management teams across the firm’s portfolio to drive organizational effectiveness and long-term success.

Michelle brings deep experience in human resources leadership across a range of industries. Most recently, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Array Marketing, where she oversaw HR, Marketing, and ESG globally. Prior to Array, she held senior HR leadership positions at Roots, Target, and BMW Canada. Throughout her career, Michelle has focused on building cultures of engagement, agility, and innovation to support sustainable growth and transformation.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Carleton University and a Master’s in Adult Education from the University of Calgary.
